The main goal of fortune-telling comes from an ancient Chinese book called “I-Ching”. It is about 3000 years old. It was revealed on Earth before the time of Buddha. Currently, I-Ching is very popular in China. People of all ages use the ideas in this book in order to overcome their problems in life. The game consists of 64 pictures, each of which has its own individual purpose. In order for I-Ching to tell the player they fortune, they need to follow a few steps: needs to concentrate on the question that they want to know an answer to and toss three coins six times. If two or three coins display tails, then a straight line is drawn. If the player gets two or three coins with heads, then a dotted line is drawn. Once again the player has to throw the coin and after each toss an according line is drawn. After the diagram is drawn, you would get the answer to the question. The answers to the questions derive from the great Chinese philosophy of yin and yang. | | |
